Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot offer refunds or returns once product has left our warehouse. If you receive damaged goods, we will replace them at no charge. Orders received by noon central time will ship out same day via UPS 2 day shipping. Orders received after noon central will be shipped via UPS 2nd day, the following business day.
